ChicagoMicro and ISP bring customers the depot and field service programs from a wide variety of manufacturers and factory authorized 3rd party maintenance organizations. Through our "Best in Class" service provider alliances; we are able to draw from thousands of factory-trained technicians throughout the U.S., Canada, and the world. We will source the maintenance plan that best suits your specific business needs.

Service Call Placement and Escalation

ChicagoMicro saves client’s time by providing a single website (or 800#) for multi-vendor service call placement. Simply choose the device, type in a brief description of the problem, and your request is instantly sent to your best in class service provider. And, whether you use our online service, or toll free dispatch, you always receive an electronic receipt with all pertinent service call information.

With ChicagoMicro, you go to one place for service call escalation. Click on your ISP account manager’s email link, or give us a call. From Mainframes to printers, call ISP for status on technician arrivals, parts delivery, or any other performance related issues. We interface with the vendor, so you don’t have to.

Asset Tracking

In order to truly benefit from service contracts, companies must know where their equipment is, whom to call, and what level of service is contracted.

ChicagoMicro meets this need with its state of the art Asset Tracking system. This feature is a password protected internet portal that gives customers instant access to contract and equipment information, twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. We create a database of all of your equipment and the associated service contracts. Once you log in, you are connected to important information for all of your locations. View all of your supported equipment by device type, location, serial number, coverage level, configuration details, and more. Click print and you have a hard copy of all or a selected part of your ChicagoMicro service agreement.

Service Call History Reporting

Sort by site, serial number, model number, or date range. Know when calls were closed, what the problem was, and if Service Levels were met.

Our software tools also give you the ability to customize these reports, and email or export to CSV.

Online Contract Administration

With online contract administration tools, IT and Procurement staff can go online 7×24 to view equipment by device type, serial number, contract number or location. View multi-vendor hardware, and the associated contract maintenance costs. Plan budgets and renewals.

ChicagoMicro clients receive one coterminous agreement with a central point of contact for all invoicing and billing questions.
